Frequently asked questions:

I paid for my tickets on the website but have not received anything by email. Can you help?

Tickets are usually issued within 24 hours if the payment has been made by Juice. If the payment has been made by credit card, the tickets are issued immediately. Please firstly check your spam folder to ensure our email hasn’t inadvertently been redirected there. If you still cannot find your tickets, please fill out the contact form below with all your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also call us on 260 0592. It is possible for us to make arrangements for you to pick up your tickets at the door.

Are children welcome at performances at the Caudan Arts Centre?

Children over 2 years old are welcome at the Caudan Arts Centre. Unfortunately, children under the age of 2 and babies in arms can be quite disruptive and are thus not allowed as a courtesy to the performers and other patrons. Entrance is free for children between 2 and 3 years old provided they sit on their parent or guardian’s lap. A ticket is required for anyone aged three and over. If, for whatever reason, we recommend that any of our productions might not be suitable for children, we will endeavour to make this information clear as early as possible. Please note that any child or group disturbing a show or other patrons may be asked to leave or step out for a break.

Where can I buy tickets in person?

You may buy tickets for all our shows in person at the Caudan Arts Centre reception or from the Information Kiosk at Caudan which is open from 10am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday.

You can also purchase tickets from the gift shop at L’Aventure du Sucre in Pamplemousses.

Do you have adequate facilities for wheelchair users?

Yes, we have a wheelchair lift as well as wheelchair accessible seats. When booking your seats, please call us on 260 0594 and we will help with choosing the best seats and make arrangements for your arrival. The parking of the Caudan Arts Centre is also equipped with parking spaces dedicated to vehicles catering to disabled persons.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. Should you wish to change the date of your ticket for the same show, we will do our best to accommodate your request but this will be dependent on seat availability in your chosen category.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Shows will be cancelled in the event of Cyclone Warning Class 3 or if the Mauritius Meteorological Services issue a special warning bulletin advising the public to return to their residences. If a show is cancelled we will immediately publish a note on the website stating that the show is cancelled.

Can I buy my tickets at the gate before the show?

You may buy your ticket at the venue upon arrival and pay in cash or by debit/credit card subject to availability. If a show is sold out, we will immediately post a note to this effect on the website and Facebook.
