How to buy

Our Points of Sale:

Buy your tickets in person, and pay by cash, debit or credit card from either:

  1. The Caudan Arts Centre Reception, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday to 12pm, or
  2. Le Caudan Waterfront Information Desk in Port-Louis, Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 12pm, or
  3. L’Aventure du Sucre Village Boutik located on the beautiful estate of L’Aventure du Sucre in Pamplemousses. The Village Boutik is open Monday to Sunday from 8:30am to 5pm.

Online:

Buy your tickets directly on this website, and pay securely by credit card or by Juice transfer. Unfortunately, debit cards are not yet accepted for online payments in Mauritius.
Buy your tickets in a few simple steps:

1. All our events are listed on our ‘what’s on’ page. Pick the performance time and date which best suits your requirements and click on ‘Find tickets’.

2. You can choose the seats which you prefer by clicking on the ‘Choose your seats’ button.

3. Pick your seats on the seat map. Hover your mouse cursor over your preferred seat and click on the desired seat. Then simply click on Add to cart. Your chosen seats will be shown in red. Repeat the process until all your seats have been selected.

4. Once done, click on go to cart to finalise your purchase.

5. If you are satisfied that the seats shown match what you selected, you may proceed to checkout.

6. Fill in your personal details so we can contact if need be, and click ‘Place order’.

7. On the next page you will be prompted to make your payment using either Juice or your credit card. You must first please confirm that you accept our terms and conditions by clicking on the box as shown below:

8. Next, please select either Juice or credit card and fill in the fields. For Juice payments, the merchant name is Caudan Development Ltd.

9. Finally, select ‘validate’ and the tick box next to validate, and your tickets will be on their way. Credit card purchases are validated immediately, and you will receive your tickets immediately by email. Juice payments can take up to 24 hours to validate after which time you will receive your tickets by email.

10. If you did not receive your tickets within the above-mentioned timeframes, please check your spam folder, and let us know using the contact us page on the website.
